Los pozos primero — Baker Hughes, Vaca Muerta, operaciones de coiled tubing para Tier-1. De ahí, trabajo técnico-comercial en Hidrofrac: licitaciones, contratos ad hoc y soluciones a medida donde el conocimiento de campo era la ventaja comercial. Después, supervisor de operaciones en una planta de granos — primer ecosistema SQL + Power BI armado desde cero. El throughput subió 15%.

Hoy, en Banco Supervielle — Fondos Comunes, cuenta remunerada, del discovery al delivery. Con conocimiento del ecosistema de mercado de capitales argentino: renta fija, renta variable y sus instrumentos. En paralelo, tres sistemas para las industrias que conozco por dentro: Nexum para O&G, Flotech para logística de granos, Finance Hub para investigación de inversiones.

La diferencia no es el stack ni la metodología. Es haber operado la industria antes de diseñar el producto — saber dónde quiebran los Excel, no porque alguien lo contó, sino porque era el que los mantenía.

The rigs first — Baker Hughes, Vaca Muerta, coiled tubing operations for Tier-1 operators. From there, technical and commercial work at Hidrofrac: tenders, ad hoc contracts, and custom solutions where field knowledge was the commercial edge. Then operations supervisor at a grain plant — first SQL + Power BI stack built from scratch. Throughput went up 15%.

Today, at Banco Supervielle — mutual funds, a mass-market interest-bearing account, and the discovery-to-delivery process behind both. Working knowledge of the Argentine capital markets: fixed income, equities, and their instruments. In parallel, three systems for industries I know from the inside: Nexum for O&G, Flotech for grain logistics, Finance Hub for investment research.

The difference isn't the stack or the methodology. It's having run the operation before designing the product — knowing where the spreadsheets break, not because someone said so, but because I was the one keeping them.
